These are a set of photos taken of our English Zone doing a service project with a group called the Mission of our Lady of the Angels (we have helped here before). From past entries you can see Cathi and I have been setting up these group service project hoping to do one per month. We had done one with this group before and those in charge wanted us to come again. On this day, unlike the previous time, we packaged and set up food for those approved to obtain food. People would line up for a couple of blocks and taking a shopping cart are ushered through the facility to get it filled with the foods they need. We filled over 200 shopping carts, Most of the food is donated or gifted. Our previous service was organizing the donations but this time it was interacting with the clients. Because so many of the clients spoke Spanish we mentioned that we also have a group (our Spanish Zone) who are fluent Spanish speakers. The Administrators we very excited and we sent up the next service with the Spanish Zone instead of the English.
